- For regular customers and in the case of large orders we provide discounts depending on individual agreement.
- The costs related to interpreter's transport, accommodation or board shall be borne by customer.
- Interpreting services provided on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are invoiced with an extra charge of 30%.
- Every overtime hour or a part thereof is invoiced with an extra charge of 20%.
- Every started hour is charged as a whole hour.
