• If, due to reasons that our agency is not responsible for, customers cancel their translation order, they are obliged to pay for pages that have already been translated.

Interpreting:

• If, due to reasons that our agency is not responsible for, customers cancel their interpreting order less than 72 and more than 24 hours prior to the planned commencement of the interpreting, they are obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 25% from the total price of the order.

• If, due to reasons that our agency is not responsible for, customers cancel their interpreting order less than 24 hours prior to the planned commencement of the interpreting, they are obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 50% from the total price of the order.
